About Us
We Care About You
SOFT AI started out in 2017 with computer and IT services and today works across network, security and low-voltage infrastructure. For CCTV, network, data, Wi-Fi and fiber optic systems we handle the whole process, from survey and installation to technical support.
We assess every project by its purpose, existing infrastructure, technical requirements and budget. Instead of imposing a standard system, we plan the solution each organization actually needs.
Cabling, device placement and capacity are planned with maintenance and future growth in mind, and products, services and labour are always itemized openly.
From Istanbul to Hakkâri, we have built security, infrastructure and power systems for municipalities, police departments and universities.
Our Mission
To build organizations’ security, communication and data infrastructure to fit their needs, transparently and sustainably, and to stay with them after handover through maintenance and support.
Our Vision
To be the reliable, long-term infrastructure partner that public and private organizations across Türkiye think of first.
For us, what matters is not installing the most expensive system but installing the right one.
