Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by SOFT AI Altyapı Kurumsal Çözümler Ltd. Şti. (Yeşilbağlar Mah. D-100 Blv. Pera Residence No:20 Block A, Floor 6, Office 29, Pendik / Istanbul) as data controller, within the scope described below.
02Personal data processed
Your full name, organization or company name, phone number, email address, message content and any files you attach through the contact, quote and project submission forms.
03Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to respond to your request, run survey and quotation processes, handle technical service requests and carry out communication activities. Files attached to a project submission are deleted from our servers automatically once the stated retention period ends.
04Transfer of data
Limited to the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be shared with legally authorized public institutions and with business partners we work with.
05Collection method and legal basis
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, email and phone, and processed on the legal bases in Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
06Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can contact info@softaialtyapi.com to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and exercise your other rights.
